UD Crops’ Dehydrated Onion Powder Standard is made from freshly harvested, high-quality Egyptian white onions. The onions are carefully peeled, trimmed, and cored to remove the stem, root, and center, then thoroughly washed to eliminate rodent, insect contamination, and any foreign matter.

The product undergoes a multi-stage drying process, including a three-room dryer, metal detector, color sorter, and comprehensive physical and microbiological testing to ensure top-tier quality and safety.

This onion powder offers a fine, creamy near-white texture with the typical odor and taste of onion, making it ideal for soups, sauces, seasonings, and various culinary applications.
